Ever since my mom ordered a Cuisinart Griddler, it has been our go to for many recipes. Since the plates are dishwasher safe, my mom prefers it over a pan for recipes like pancakes, and opens the Griddler to get twice as much surface area. We even have the waffle plates, which make four waffles at a time, a much more efficient solution than most waffle irons. For this recipe, the Griddler is useful because it eliminates the need to flip the chicken, but otherwise, a skillet could be just as effective to brown the breading.
